DR GRAHAM JONES

Liberal Democrat campaigner for St Clement’s, GRAHAM JONES, wrote to the City Council’s Head of Development, Michael Crofton-Briggs, calling for a rethink over plans to reverse heavy lorries near the Manzil Way health centres and children’s playground.
